Phillip Passey understands that serving clients’ financial and investment needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships. As a Financial Advisor for Raymond James Financial Services located in Holly Springs, NC, he puts his clients – and their needs – first.

Phillip has 15 years of experience as a Financial Advisor. He joined Raymond James in 2012, which has allowed him to expand his services and expertise on an independent basis.

In 2015, Phillip earned his AAMS®, Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM, a professional designation awarded after completing courses of study encompassing investments, insurance, tax, retirement, and estate planning issues. He graduated from Southern Virginia University in 2005 with a BA in Business Management and Finance and currently holds Series 7, 63, 66, Life Insurance, Annuity and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses. In order to enhance his experience, Phillip completes several continuing education courses and attends annual conferences.

Actively serving as a Board Member with the Megs Smile Foundation, Phillip enjoys helping to provide “smiles” to children and young adults that are affected with serious illnesses in the form of gifts or fun experiences. He has been a member of the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce since 2008 and served on the Board of Directors from 2015 to 2017.

Originally from New Mexico, Phillip currently resides in New Hill, North Carolina with his wife of 18 years, Stefani. Together they have four children: Addison (17), Cooper (13), Haven (10), and Lincoln (4). Phillip enjoys long distance running (including half and full marathons), kayaking, football, and spending time with his family.
